Who do I sign the contract with?
CodexPro, an Australian business based in Morwell, Victoria. Your contract, invoices and payments are all handled in Australia, in AUD.
How does the 2-week trial work?
Your developer works on your real tasks for two weeks at no cost. At the end, you decide whether to continue. There's no obligation and no cancellation fee.
Will the developer work during my business hours?
Yes. Your developer's shift is set to overlap with your Australian business hours, so they join your stand-ups, meetings and chats in real time.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do. All work produced for you is your intellectual property, and every developer signs confidentiality and IP assignment agreements.
Can I meet the team in person?
We meet clients face to face in Australia to discuss requirements and agree terms. You can also interview your developer by video before the trial starts.
What if the developer isn't the right fit?
Tell us and we'll replace them with another developer from our team at no extra cost.
Is there a minimum contract length?
