Founded in 2022, CodexPro started with a single frustration: Australian businesses — especially in healthcare and workforce — were being forced to use generic, overseas-built software that didn't understand local compliance, regulations or workflows.
We set out to fix that. Starting with NDIS software, we expanded to build purpose-built platforms for labour supply, mental health, telehealth, after-hours operations and coaching — and a custom development practice for businesses that need something entirely bespoke.
